Dieser Whisky wurde 2013 von Bunnahabhain aus gemälzter Gerste in Schottland hergestellt.

Er reifte für 10 Jahre in einem Eichenfass und wurde 2023 für Swell de Spirits in Fassstärke mit 55.40% abgefüllt. Für die Destillation wurde eine Pot Still verwendet.

Color: Jasmine tea

Nose: Marshmallows burning on a bonfire on a birch stick, gasoline, Bunsen burner, silage, rubber boots, canvas tent with a rubber tarpaulin base, shepherd's pie with extra sauce Worcestershire and brown sauce, sage, chives, valerian, blueberries, raspberry jam and chamomile tea.

Taste: Dirty, funky smoke, capers, pâté en croute, campfire smoked herring, peanut butter, chai tea, sage, marjoram, dark chocolate cookies and smoldering campfires.

Finish: Factory chimneys belching smoke, vanilla latte and donuts, followed by perfect smoke rings.

Nose with water: Water reveals sweetness with crustless strawberry jam sandwiches, blackberry jam, raspberry fritters, peach melba, coconut ice cream, fresh magazine ink and a garden incinerator burning old paper and magazines on freshly cut nettles and brambles.

Mouth with water: Dirty funky smoke, burning tires and magazines, gasoline, silage, pulpy paper, custard, custard donut, apple raisin chutney, rum and raisin fondant, fondant vanilla.

Finishing with water: Gingerbread, clove balls and dirty bonfire smoke, followed by puffs of smoke and raspberry and custard fritters.
