TASTING NOTES VON SWELL DES SPIRITS

Colour: heavily wooded Chardonnay

Nose: Funk galore with boat varnish, wood wax, pear drops, overripe bananas melting on rubber tires in the scorching sun, as well as ripe apples fried in butter with honey, cloves served with butter cookies. There are dried orange peel, vegetal notes and an antiseptic lotion. It is reminiscent of a fabulous Jamaican Rum.

Palate: It's funky! Overripe sugarcane, ripe plantain with hot honey and cloves, rubber tires, freshly hewn oak, metal shavings, fresh paint, acorns, hops and Thai peanut sauce.

Finish: Spices, followed by citrus notes.

Conclusion: A crazy mix filled with beautiful surprises with lots of flavors!
