Dieser Cognac wurde 1980 von Maison Tribot aus Ugni Blanc Trauben in Grande Champagne (Cognac), Frankreich hergestellt.
Er reifte für 42 Jahre in Fass in einem Lagerhaus und wurde 2023 (02/2023) von Swell de Spirits in Fassstärke mit 56.00% abgefüllt. Für die Destillation wurde eine Alambic Charentais (Pot Still) verwendet.
TASTING NOTES VON SWELL DES SPIRITS
Lie back on a woolen blanket spread out on a bed of leaves as you take a breath of fresh air in the forest as the sun sets, breathing in the heady scent of wild mushrooms, herbs and flowers that dot the ground under the vast canopy of trees. »
Colour: Rich chestnut
Nose: Terracotta bowl of hot chocolate, woolen blankets fresh from the drying rack, earth recently turned over in a vegetable patch, ripe grapes, hair pomade and beard oil, resin and linseed oil smeared on a refectory table Oak.
On the Palace: Dark chocolate emerges immediately, including cat's tongues, as well as butter biscuits, hyacinths, honeysuckle and honey.
Finish: Spices become drier on the finish, there is a hint of lemon, followed by creme caramel and burnt sugar on a rich crema made with a hint of orange essence.
