Decadent Drams Fine Champagne Cognac Lot 60/78 70cl
Dieser Cognac wurde von Vallein Tercinier aus Ugni Blanc Trauben in der Grande und Petite Champagne (Cognac), Frankreich hergestellt.
Er reifte für 44 Jahre in einem Eichenfass und wurde für Decadent Drams in Fassstärke mit 48.2% abgefüllt. Für die Destillation wurde eine Alambic Charentais (Pot Still) verwendet.
Decadent Drinks schreibt zum Lot 60/78: "This latest release from Decadent Drams is a Fine Champagne Cognac. Sourced from family estate Vallein Tercinier and composed of 60% N.78 Grande Champagne and 40% N.60 Petite Champagne, this is a luscious wee fruit bomb of a cognac.
Angus has long had on his to do list: bottle a Fine Champagne Cognac. He created this blend with the excellent folk at Vallein Tercinier and the result is bottled at 48.2% with a modest outturn of just 120 bottles.
