Swell de Spirits Experimentals #2 Garnier Eau de Vie de Cidre 2003
This Eau de Vie de Cidre was made in 2003 by Garnier from Apple France.It matured in oak barrels for 19 years and was finally finished in a Long Pond Jamaica rum barrel for a month before the apple distillate (Eau de Vie de Cidre) 2022 (11/2022) was bottled at cask strength with 65.00% . Due to the storage in the rum barrel, the product can no longer be called Calvados. A column still was used for the distillation.
