Dieser Cognac wurde 1980 von der Cognac Lheraud aus Ugni Blanc Trauben in Petite Champagne (Cognac), Frankreich hergestellt.

Er reifte für 44 Jahre in Fass #2010-164-2 und wurde 2025 in Fassstärke mit 46,3% abgefüllt. Für die Destillation wurde eine Pot Still verwendet.

Robert Bauer schreibt zum Lheraud 1980: "Cognac. Cognac in my hand, who is the finest in the land? Is it the scent of oak so grand, or ripened grapes from sunlit land?

Ah. Cognac, gold in evening's light, in you reflects my heart's delight. A spirit noble, pure, refined. the taste of time, by vanity designed.

From Maison Lhéraud, born of grace, with whispers of an exotic place: mango, litchi, papaya's air. cedar's depth, and apricots rare.

On the palate, a lush embrace honey's silk, citrus in lace, apricot warmth and chocolate's dark, a statement of pure vanity, so bold and so stark.
