Most of the aromatic plants were collected by us between Montpellier and Aubagne. Water, alcohol, macerates of fresh plants and spices, Menton lemon (PGI), peppermint, thyme, fennel, glasswort, immortelle, hawthorn, cyst, chamomile, rosemary, sugar, essence of star anise, liquorice.

Nose: Beautiful flavors with touches of lemon, thyme and peppermint, iodized notes, fennel with slightly more subtle aniseed notes..
Palate : We suggest three different ways to enjoy it, the first "pure" develops notes of lemon and thyme, the second "on ice" brings notes of peppermint, lemon and thyme, and the last with ice and water gives you fennel on top of the lemon/peppermint notes.
Finish : Long and very pleasant with aromas of fennel, anise, peppermint and lemon that stay on the palate.
Conclusion : A marvelous complex Pastis made for Pastis enthusiasts!
