"Oyster Pastis “Brise Maritime”, Maison Ferroni and Whisky Rhum & Co, 45%, only 800 bottles, 500ml
Composition: Water, alcohol, macerates of fresh plants and spices, ocean coast oysters, Mediterranean coast oysters, sea lettuce, samphire, thyme, rosemary, sugar, star anise essence, liquorice, peaty whisky.

Nose: The anise is very present, no doubt it is a pastis! Added to this are notes of fresh herbs and aromatics, thyme and rosemary are accompanied by a subtle lemony touch, all enhanced by a sea breeze transporting us to the sea with some scents of a distant chimney.
Palate : Still in maritime terroir, the palate is full of freshness, the anise is coated with plants, each more aromatic than the last, a little lemon thyme, a few sprigs of rosemary, star anise, enhanced by sweet peppery notes, to finish around a campfire on the beach grilling shellfish, finally tasted accompanied by a few leaves of sea lettuce. Treat yourself to the experience of tasting in three stages, with a first pure phase, before trying on ice and intensifying the freshness of this spirit, and finally adding a little water which will leave room for the thyme and the sea breeze.
Finish : The fresh and iodized sea spray, intermingling with a light smoke, gives additional length to this sweet finish, subtly balanced between aniseed and iodized notes.
