Dieser Rum wurde 2014 von einer geheimen Destillerie aus Melasse in Fiji hergestellt.
Er reifte für 9 Jahre in einem Eichenfass und wurde 2023 für Swell de Spirits in Fassstärke mit 66.10% abgefüllt. Für die Destillation wurde eine Pot Still verwendet.

Nose: Apples galore! Apple dessert, toffee apples in a cardboard box, calvados, slightly sweet medium quality cider, rubber bags filled with ripe apples and baked apples with cloves and raisins in a steaming syrup in a copper pan on the hob.
Taste: Creamy and smooth, cloves, star anise, sheet pan banana pancakes, echinacea and rubber.
Finish: Rubber mat, ginger syrup poured over warm banana pancakes topped with vanilla cream.
Nose with water: Roast pork with sage and apple sauce, apple strudel, apple turnover, apple and cinnamon crumble, strawberry lace candy, ginger syrup, freshly burned tire marks on the asphalt , peanuts, cashews and coconut oil.
Mouth with water: Applesauce with cinnamon, banana fritters, brioche with vanilla cream and leather rubber pants.
Finale with water: Cream poured over banana fritters.
Conclusion: Apples are in the spotlight! A fabulously fruity juicy spirit with apple esters, worth sipping for hours.
