Dieser Rum wurde 2008 von Trinidad Distillers Limited (T.D.L.) aus Melasse in Trinidad hergestellt.
Er reifte für 15 Jahre in einem Eichenfass und wurde 2023 für Swell de Spirits in Fassstärke mit 63.70% abgefüllt. Für die Destillation wurde eine Column & Pot Still verwendet.

Color: Brown
Nose: Apple crumble with custard, raspberries, mango, coconut ice cream, banana split, pear drops candy, nail polish remover, boat varnish, collage and painting of model airplanes , and motorcycle leathers.
Taste: A touch of esters with glue, paint, varnish, freshly printed magazines and rubber mats, followed by banana fritters, apple dessert, fruit syrup and cardamom.
Finale: The custard cake gives way to the chocolate cake and the fruit cake.
Nose with water: Water reveals more esters. Glue, paint, varnish, rubber, lacquer and glossy paper, but also milk chocolate bars, dark chocolate with chili, blueberries, mango pudding and whole cream.
Mouth with water: Overripe apples and bananas, shiny paper, new comb, varnish, chocolate milkshake, anise candies and cough drops.
Finish with water: Chai tea and custard.
Conclusion: A tempting cuvée, warm and spicy, with the esters singing in the glass.
